Made with locally sourced Hawaiian honey, bananas, pineapple, and roasted macadamia nuts, it’s the perfect pairing for yogurt, ice cream, sorbet, smoothie, or acai. Each ingredient has been carefully curated by 53 By The Sea Pastry Chef, Makoto Harada to showcase a delicious blend of island flavors and layers of tantalizing textures. His special technique for drying the bananas gives it the rich flavor and right amount of crunchiness. Mixed in is the soft dried sweet pineapple and chunky roasted macadamia nuts to bring a strong presence in the end. The crispy rice adds a surprising chew.
On the Sunday brunch menu is the Tropical Granola Parfait, a delectable pairing of our House-made Tropical Granola topped with fresh fruits, yogurt crème, and lilikoi coulis. The combination of the granola, fruit, and crème, garnished with the lilikoi delivers an exquisite, refreshing dish.
